My wife and I have always enjoy camping at John Prince, dating back 20 years or so. We prefer the spots locatred on the water so we can see the jetskis. the skiers, kayaks, and other recreational boats pass by on a regular basis. The park is very well kept and always seems to be filled every time we go there.
The features are: fishing, boating, extended bike trails, fitness trail, driving range and a nature area.
One drawback seems to be that during heavy rains, a small section of the sites will flood, but generally the drainage is very good. The affected lots are lots 266 through 272. I also wish that there was a swimming pool somewhere in the park. This is something that I believe a recreational area should have.
But, all in all, we are very satisfied with the park and its recreational facilities.
